Jacquard woven in Belgium, Emperor Maximiliem shows a picturesque view of Brussels. We see the former Ducal Palace and towers of St. Jacob de Coudenberg on the left. As we pan across the tapestry we see the Church of St. Nicolas, Town Hall, and Maximilien on his horse. On the right we see the West Towers of St. Gudule. The original tapestries can be seen at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
